Our Speed and Agility Class begins with a dynamic warm-up. From there we transition into speed, power and first step explosive drills. We use modalities/techniques such as resisted sprinting, resisted lateral movement, sprinting mechanics, and various forms of plyometrics. Next we get in to our footwork and agility drills which include using things like agility ladders, cone drills, and more. At the conclusion of the class we work on conditioning and core strengthening. With every athletic development program, strength plays a major role. We make sure all of our strength work that is done is based off of the athletes age, developmental level, and sport played
