Class begins with a dynamic warm-up, and then we transition into speed and agility drills. We use modalities/techniques such as agility ladders, cone drills, resisted sprinting, resisted lateral movement, sprinting mechanics, and more. From there we transition into our power and explosive movements which include plyometrics, resisted jumping exercises, Sled pushing and more. The work out concludes with cardiovascular conditioning and core strengthening.
