This class is designed for anybody who is trying to take their fitness and functional fitness to the next level. It is a high intensity class which focuses on strength training and interval cardiovascular endurance training. We use training techniques and modalities such as TRX, kettle bells, sleds, battle ropes, calisthenics, plyometric boxes, rowing machines, assault bikes, barbells, dumbbells, and more. The class is high energy, encouraging, and is always challenging. Individuals can move at their own pace, which makes it a good fit for a variety of different fitness levels. Suggested ages are high school level and up.
