Class Description

This class is similar to our fitness class, but it includes more cardiovascular work and less strength training. If you are coming to this class, bring your running shoes because we will be running, jumping, cutting, and moving at a quick pace. This class is great for an individual looking to sweat, breathe heavy, and burn a whole lot of calories.
