Virtual Training


This program is perfect for a person who is strapped for time, has some of their own equipment in their home, or simply just prefers working out at home vs. a gym. Our trainers are there to guide you through every movement via a FaceTime or Zoom call. This type of training is done in a one-on-one setting, and we work with you virtually to design a program built specifically for you. The workouts vary session to session, and we make sure the techniques stay new, safe, and stimulating for each of our virtual members.
