Josh Tyler CSCS*D, Owner

Josh was a professional athlete for 9 years playing with both the San Francisco Giants and Milwaukee Brewers organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and during his off-seasons worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), recertified with distinction with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification and the benchmark for trainers around the world.
Currently he is the Strength and Conditioning Consultant for the Council Rock School District Sports Medicine Program working closely with area doctors, physical therapists and sports chiropractors to help establish training programs for injury prevention and sports performance enhancement. In addition to the numerous high schools throughout Bucks and Mercer Counties, Josh works with nationally ranked junior tennis players, collegiate and professional athletes, high school and collegiate teams, as well as individual athletes of all ages.
Josh is also the Director of Operations for Big Leagues Academy, an indoor training facility that is home to Fitlife Performance Training, Big Leagues Baseball & Softball Academy, Steve Wagner 1-on-1 Field Hockey School, Council Rock Competition Cheerleading, and Dr. Joe DeCarlo Sports Chiropractor. Recently they have expanded operations to a new facility in Hatfield, Pa. inside BucksMont Indoor Sports Center.
Evan Orchinik CSCS, Owner/Director of Operations

Evan began strength and conditioning with the Men’s Olympic gymnasts with extra focus on Core Strength, Balance Training, Full Body Strength Training, Flexibility Work and overall Power Development. In recent years he has kept up with latest research in the strength and conditioning field and has branched out to working with; NHL and MLB players, Division I, II, III and JUCO athletes in almost every sport, in addition to high school and middle school athletes. His is certified with the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a bachelors degree from West Chester University in Kinesiology with a fitness specialist focus.
With 10 years of experience in the fitness/strength and conditioning field, Evan has had the opportunity to train clients of every fitness level, age and gender. He focuses on functional training, which entails Speed Enahncement, Agility, Quickness, Explosiveness, Full Body Strength, and the most effective ways to enhance overall athletic performance and personal health.
Dave McCall, B.S. in Kinesiology
Dave attained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a fitness specialist emphasis from Liberty University. During his time in school he earned his personal training certification from The American College of Sports Medicine, one of the highest accredited organizations in the health/fitness field. While at Liberty, Dave played Division 1 soccer and baseball and gained 4 years of experience being trained as a top level athlete. Dave knew all along that he was going to go into the sports performance/health and fitness field so he also spent his through college working at a number of sports performance training centers and health clubs in the Virginia area. Dave has a great passion for sports and helping others reach their overall health, fitness, and sports performance goals.
Rob Prunetti
Rob Prunetti is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science-Teaching. He played both baseball and soccer while at TCNJ, and over the last 8 years has worked with and trained at numerous speed, agility, strength, and conditioning facilities. After college Rob began teaching Health and Physical Education. He is a teacher at the Daylight Twilight School, an alternative high school for at-risk students in the Trenton School District, and is about to complete his third year of teaching. Rob recently earned his trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has been a trainer at Fitlife since December 2010. In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside with his dog, training in martial arts, playing recreational sports, traveling to different countries, and vegging out on a beach somewhere.

Kyle Elder – Strength Coach and Certified Alternative Training L1 and L2 – Master Coach.

Kyle has spent two years at Ewing Senior & Community Center as weight room coordinator training various populations of people. He has experience training everyone from children to seniors with disabilities. While there Kyle learned a great deal about putting together programs for all different types of individuals. People with fused disks, palsy, cancer, joint disabilities, high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, and also individuals woringk through programs developed by their physical therapist to get healthy again.
He was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 1 year with Legacy Martial Arts Fight Team. He trained athletes of many different Martial Arts to help them prepare for their time in the ring. (muy thai, jiu jitsu, boxing, and others)
Kyle earned his Alternative Training Cert Level 1 and 2, master coaching level and learned how to train without the weights, also using kettlebells, tires, ropes, sleds, pvc pipes and more.
Kyle is very focused on training athletes and enjoys every moment spent at the facility working with all ages and athletic ability levels. His philosophy is based around overall power production for his athletes and believes he can make any athlete faster and more explosive.
